Lets get into it! You are in for a great ride!

This is the first newsletter you would be receiving from me this year! I’m so pumped for the new year and I’m also sober with how far we’ve come, from our first subscriber to the 100th. we say a BIG THANK YOU! for your support and engagement. We are determined to do more and better!
Today, I want to share a part of me with you. I want us to have a collective view of what I found out that as been helping me and I know would help you too.
Once upon a time when I was seeing Shege. I found myself at a crossroads—a moment demanding change and growth. The urge to take charge of my life started giving me sleepless nights, challenging me to embrace change take charge of my personal growth. But my body stayed still. it was like my spirit is willing but my body isn’t getting the clue.
It was becoming imminent to make a decision—to reclaim control over my time and ambitions. As deadlines loomed and responsibilities piled up, I realized that I was on my own and leadership starts from within. I embarked on a journey to prioritize, organize, and steer my life in a direction aligned with my aspirations.
The first step was acknowledging that change begins with a mindset shift. I embraced challenges as opportunities to learn, grow, and adapt. Instead of succumbing to the whirlwind of external pressures, I carved out moments for self-reflection and introspection. I began to Journal.
With determination as my compass, I set achievable goals and devised a roadmap to attain them. Each small victory became a stepping stone, reinforcing my belief in the power of self-leadership. I cultivated resilience in the face of setbacks, viewing them as lessons rather than roadblocks.
Through this, I discovered the potency of self-discipline. I learned to say no to distractions that veered me off course, staying committed to the journey I had embarked upon. My actions echoed my intentions, fostering a sense of empowerment and ownership over my life.
Self-leadership, I realized, was not a solitary endeavor. I sought guidance from mentors, drew inspiration from stories of resilience, and embraced a supportive community (JCI). Their wisdom and encouragement served as pillars, strengthening my resolve to navigate the path I had chosen.
As I stand today, reflecting on this transformative expedition, I am humbled by the profound impact of self-leadership. It's a continuous ride—one that demands self-awareness, courage, and the willingness to evolve.
In this pursuit, I've discovered that true leadership isn't about commanding others but about mastering oneself—making conscious choices, taking responsibility, and embracing the journey towards becoming the best version of oneself.
I employ us to embark on our paths of self-leadership, like i did (and still learning to do) for within lies the key to unlocking our fullest potential and shaping a brighter tomorrow as we embrace the untold stories awaiting in the chapters of this brand new year!
Cheers!🥂
